Riverview Plaza is a 20-story commercial building located at 411 Hamilton Boulevard. The property has served businesses and institutions in downtown Peoria for decades.
Following the building’s closure in February 2024, restoration has required coordination across multiple building systems and among contractors, engineers, utilities, public agencies, and legal representatives.
